Direct Message threads now show the complete conversation history, so you always know what was said before.
New: Reply to Instagram Comments via DM
You can now respond to Instagram comments privately, directly from your Inbox.
Faster Loading
Tickets load faster, so high-volume inboxes stay responsive even during busy periods.
