What's Fresh?

We’re excited to announce that our Analytical Reports have been revamped and are now in beta! Key changes include:

• Separation from Moderation Reports: Analytical Reports are now separate from moderation reports and can be easily scheduled from within the Analytics module.
• You can now generate reports for YouTube and TikTok.
• New Report Generation Button: The button to generate analytical reports is located in the top-right corner of the Analytics module.
• Archived Report View in Analytics Module: A list of all generated reports, including periodic ones, is now available in the Analytics module.
• Updated PDF Export: The PDF export now reflects the available data and appearance from Analytics.
• Existing Reports Module Remains: The existing Reports module will still be available, but in the future, it will only contain reports for Social Inbox and moderation.
