AI-powered spam detection is your smart early-warning system against unwanted comments on social media. Leveraging artificial intelligence, this feature automatically identifies spam and labels it with a SPAM tag before it clutters conversations under your organic or sponsored posts.

Automatic spam removal
Automatic spam removal is your digital cleanup assistant for social media channels. By combining AI with our Auto-moderation, this feature instantly removes or hides unwanted comments (whether under organic posts or paid campaigns) without the need for manual action.

AI-powered hate speech detection
AI-powered hate speech detection is your trusted ally in creating a safe and respectful space on social media. This feature uses artificial intelligence to automatically detect comments containing hate speech and label them with a HATE SPEECH tag before they reach your community. 

Automatic hate speech removal
Automatic hate speech removal is your digital shield against harmful content on social media. Using AI and Auto-moderation, you can set predefined rules that automatically delete or hide comments containing hate speech across both organic and sponsored content.

We’re excited to announce that our Analytical Reports have been revamped and are now in beta! Key changes include:

• Separation from Moderation Reports: Analytical Reports are now separate from moderation reports and can be easily scheduled from within the Analytics module.
• You can now generate reports for YouTube and TikTok.
• New Report Generation Button: The button to generate analytical reports is located in the top-right corner of the Analytics module.
• Archived Report View in Analytics Module: A list of all generated reports, including periodic ones, is now available in the Analytics module.
• Updated PDF Export: The PDF export now reflects the available data and appearance from Analytics.
• Existing Reports Module Remains: The existing Reports module will still be available, but in the future, it will only contain reports for Social Inbox and moderation.
