You will be charged under the following circumstances:

• If your company is based inside of the European Union but you do not provide a valid tax identification number, you will be charged an additional 23% VAT on top of the price tag.
• If your company is based in Poland, you will always be charged with 23% VAT (sorry).
• If you are a private individual – regardless of your location, you will be charged an additional 23% VAT on top of the listed price plan

When you sign up, you’ll get 14 days to explore all the features of our tool – completely free. No credit card required, and you won’t be charged during the trial.

Yes, there’s no lifetime commitment. If, for some strange reason, you decide you no longer want to use your NapoleonCat account, just disconnect your credit card. Your account will expire at the end of your current billing period. Please keep in mind that we do not store historical data for discontinued accounts, so you will lose all your data when your account expires.

Yes, we offer up to 50% off for verified non-profit organizations and educational institutions operating as non-profits.

To qualify for the discount, please make sure that:

• Your NapoleonCat account is registered with an official organization email address (for example, ending in .org, .edu, or .gov).
• The social media profiles connected to your NapoleonCat account represent your organization’s official activities, not personal, political, or commercial purposes.

After creating your trial account using your organization’s email, please contact us to verify your non-profit status. Once approved, we’ll apply the discount to your billing before you purchase a subscription.

Important: Receiving the NGO discount means agreeing to use NapoleonCat exclusively for your organization’s non-profit activities.
If the account is used for private, political, or commercial purposes, the discount may be revoked.

Data for all profiles connected to NapoleonCat, both managed profiles (your own profiles) and monitored profiles (competitors or any profiles you want to track) is collected only from the moment they are connected to the platform.
This means that:

• historical data from before the profile was connected is not available,
• the data collection process begins immediately after adding the profile, and it may take some time before full information appears in Analytics and Reports,
• initial charts and metrics will appear gradually as days pass after connecting the profile. For example: a full monthly report for a past month will be available only after a full month has passed since the profile was connected.

In short: to see data, the profile must first be connected, and the system needs some time to fetch and process it.
