This view will show you the breakdown of tags you assigned to interactions in your Social Inbox. With tags, you can quickly identify key topics and themes, ensuring no important message goes unnoticed.
Inbox Messages by Sentiment
The new Sentiment Analysis breakdown shows the overall tone of the interactions. This tool helps you gauge audience sentiment, allowing you to tailor your responses and set a positive tone in your communications.
