Before founding NapoleonCat, Grzegorz co-founded CheeseCat, a Facebook ads optimization platform, and 180heartbeats + JUNG v. MATT, an award-winning creative agency. His leadership in these ventures earned multiple EFFIE awards and partnerships with prominent brands such as Google and ING.
