We’ve introduced many changes and updates to our report feature. First of all, we implemented a completely new engine to generate social media reports automatically. With this newly built module, you can create PDF reports for your own or competitors’ Facebook pages as well as comparative industry reports.
As of today, you can also create Instagram profiles reports – for both yours and your competitors’ profiles.

The new Instagram report includes data as follows:
- number and change in number of followers and followed profiles,
- Engagement Rate daily,
- post engagement by post type,
- Engagement Rate by day and by hour,
- Engagement Rate by number of hashtags,
- number of interactions,
- page administrators activities,
- top 5 most engaging, most liked and most commented posts,
How to generate new report for Instagram profile?
To generate a report simply hit the Reports BETA button on the left-hand side of NapoleonCat’s panel. Then click the Create new report button.
In the next step pick the analysis period. You can choose between default options (last 7 days, last month etc) and custom dates in the calendar.
Next choose the profile you would like to include in the report. To add a profile click the “+” icon next to its name.
The chosen profile will automatically be displayed at the Selected profiles list. You can delete it anytime by using Remove button.
You are almost there! Review the metrics you want to have in the report and hit the Generate button. By default, all metrics are selected.
You’ll see your report being generated in the Reports archive section.
That’s not all! If you would like to generate a similar report to one of the previously generated documents, it’s possible with only a few clicks. To create such a report use the clock button. You can change the date range afterwards.
What is more, you can schedule the reports so you don’t have to prepare them manually every month. To schedule a report, please hit calendar icon or hit the Schedule report button in the Reports BETA menu.
