Your Responsibilities:

  • Recording and managing cost invoices
  • Sales support – issuing sales invoices, monitoring payments, and handling debt collection
  • Collaboration with accounting – analysis and reconciliation of financial records
  • Document flow management – printing, scanning, archiving, and distributing documents
  • Office management – ensuring a professional work environment, office supplies, and overall office upkeep
  •  Courier service – sending and receiving packages
  • Keeping track of office equipment, transferring assets, and preparing documentation
  • Handling administrative tasks as needed
  • Supporting the organization of events, business trips, hotel and restaurant reservations

Your Skills:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or financial role
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  •  Independence, reliability, accuracy, and consistency in your work
  • Familiarity with Google Docs and Microsoft Office tools
  •  Analytical thinking skills
  • Proactive approach to tasks, new challenges, and problem-solving
  •  English proficiency at B2 level, Polish native
