Our startup builds an online product used by businesses worldwide with agile methodologies, the latest tools (like JetBrains), and some extra loving care for our product development process and the people who create it (that would be you). We know we can’t grow our platform if you can’t grow with it.

HIRING PROCESS

How does the hiring process work?

We want to make things easy and effective for everyone, so the entire process is down to a few steps. Here’s what they look like:

    We select candidates to contact

    You have a phone interview with our HR consultant

  • 3

    Then an online interview with the line manager

  • 4

    We’ll ask you to complete a relevant task and show us your expertise

  • 5

    You get an offer and feedback (the latter even if we don’t end up together)
