Schedule Facebook Posts – One Post, All Your Pages

Running four Facebook Pages shouldn’t mean writing the same update four times. From one screen you can schedule Facebook posts for every Page you run, and then go and do something else with your morning.

Pick the Pages, write the update once

Meta’s own planner takes one Page at a time, so four Pages means doing the job four times. Here you pick the Pages, write the post once, and it goes out on all of them.

If the copy should read a little differently on one of them, you change it there and leave the rest alone. There is no ceiling on how many posts you queue, on any plan.

A scheduled post open in NapoleonCat for a last look before it goes out

Choose who sees each post before it goes out

Not every post is for everyone. Before it goes out you can narrow who sees it by age group and by location – country, region or city. It’s the sort of control you’d expect from an ads manager, and it applies to your organic posts. The setting sits in the composer, right under the copy.

Up to 30 images, or a link with its tracking tags

A Page rarely runs just one kind of post. You can put up to 30 images in a single post, or schedule a Reel without opening anything else. Add UTM tags to a link and your analytics tells you later which post sent the traffic. One composer, whatever the format is.

Get the settings approved, not just the copy

The copy gets read. The settings usually don’t – which Pages are ticked, who the audience is narrowed to. Assign the draft to a colleague and they approve it right there on the post, settings and all, before a single Page sees it.

NapoleonCat's content calendar, a month of scheduled posts laid out with labels and tags

Every Page’s month on one calendar

We don’t have to tell you that a plan you can’t see isn’t much of a plan. The content calendar lays every Page’s month out side by side, color-coded by whatever you tag them with.

One look tells you which Page is busy this week and which one has gone quiet. Your Instagram and TikTok posts sit on the same calendar too, not in another tab.

Ad comments and Messenger land in the same inbox

Once the posts are out, the comments start – and on Facebook that means the comments under your ads and the messages in Messenger. All of it lands in the Social Inbox, and Auto-moderation can hide or delete the spam, usually before your followers see it.

Then there is analytics.

About two months of Facebook history comes in when you connect the Page, everything after that is yours from the day you connect it, and the reports send themselves.

NapoleonCat saves up to one-third of a full-time position. That’s time we would otherwise spend manually moderating thousands of comments each month using the Meta Business Suite, profile by profile and comment by comment. Time we can now use for growth. NapoleonCat is the best tool of its kind on the market, and it’s still constantly evolving and improving by introducing new AI features.

It’s hard to imagine our work without a tool that includes so many valuable features. It won’t be an overstatement when I say that NapoleonCat saves us multiple full-time positions that would be dedicated to just moderating comments or manually generating reports.

NapoleonCat gives us the full picture of social media interactions. It’s easier to pick up urgent threads that need taking immediate action. And with conversation history, it’s much easier to continue the work of another team member while they’re out of office.

We work with multiple clients, and with NapoleonCat, we don’t waste time switching between multiple software tools. We can also deliver reliable data from a single source. We tested other social media moderation and analytics tools before, but none of them lived up to what NapoleonCat delivers. They’re the best, and I personally love using the tool. 🙂

NapoleonCat is now an indispensable tool that we use for moderation and analytical purposes, as well as content publishing. We’re curious to see new capabilities of the tool and test its new uses, for example, to moderate TikTok ad comments, as we predict this social media channel to become more and more important for our clients.

It’s the first social media engagement tool we have ever tried that is truly intuitive and that makes it easy for us to include the clients in the process. The service and support is great and personal. And the value for money is great!

We were looking for a tool that would allow us to consolidate and manage comments and private messages from Messenger in one place. Analytics and reports were also very important to us, as they would show us the level of our social media customer service. That’s why, in 2017, we decided to choose NapoleonCat.

Frequently asked questions

Can you schedule Facebook posts for more than one Page at once?

Yes. Pick as many of your connected Pages as you like and the post goes out on all of them. You write it once, not once per Page. If the copy needs to differ on one Page, you can change it there and leave the rest alone.

Is there a limit on how many Facebook posts I can schedule?

No. Scheduling is unlimited on every plan, so you can line up a month or a quarter if that’s how you’d rather work. What the plan decides is how many users and social profiles you get, not how many posts you queue.

Can I schedule photos, video and Reels, or only text posts?

All of them. A Facebook post can carry images (up to 30 in one post), video, or a link, and Facebook Reels are scheduled from the same composer. You can add UTM tags to the links so you can tell later which post sent the traffic.

Can I control who sees a scheduled Facebook post?

Yes, and it’s not a setting every scheduler carries. Before the post goes out you can narrow the audience by age group and by location – country, region or city. Audience targeting applies to organic posts, not just ads.

Will my team be able to review a post before it publishes?

Yes. Save it as a draft, assign it to whoever needs to see it, and they approve it or leave their notes on the draft itself. You’ll see everything beside the copy, and nothing goes out until you schedule it.

How much does it cost?

You can try the whole thing free for 14 days, no credit card. Paid plans start at $89 a month billed monthly, or $79 a month billed annually, for 2 users and 5 social profiles, and scheduling is unlimited on every plan. What the plan sets is how many users and social profiles you get, not how many posts you line up. That entry plan covers publishing, analytics and reports. The Social Inbox, where the comments and messages land, starts on Pro at $109 a month, and automatic replies and automatic comment hiding are on Expert, from $139 a month.
