Refund Policy
Trial license
After signing up for a free trial, you gain access to a fully functional NapoleonCat account. We offer a 14-day trial period because we believe it allows you to get to know NapoleonCat before making any binding decisions. Credit card details are not required to sign up for a trial account.
During the trial period, all NapoleonCat features are available except for the ability to generate reports. During the trial, you can view an example report and see how such a report is structured. Report generation is available only in the paid version of NapoleonCat.
Paid subscription
To switch to a paid subscription, you will need to provide your credit card and company details. You will also be asked to select a NapoleonCat plan and specify the scope of the license, i.e., select a package that includes a specified number of social media profiles and users who will have access to NapoleonCat.
Payments are automated. After you provide your card details, we will charge your card for the selected subscription period – monthly or yearly (depending on the option you choose). Both the first payment and all subsequent payments are charged in advance for the applicable billing period.
Refunds
We do not refund subscription fees that have already been processed. This policy applies to all customers.
Canceling the license
You can cancel your license at any time by removing your credit card details from the Billing section.
Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period for which you have been charged.
If we are unable to charge your card for the next billing period, your account will expire. In the event of non-payment, your account will be deleted together with all associated data 30 days after the date of the failed payment. Once the account has been deleted, it cannot be restored.
No action is required to cancel an account during a free trial. Once your 14-day trial expires, your account will be deactivated automatically.
