We’re looking for:
- Excellent English, both written and spoken
- Business oriented, results driven person with great written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- „I’ll do it” and „happy to help” attitude is required
- Able to co-operate in a team environment
- Eager and able to quickly learn new tools and processes- we use a stack of business tools that help us manage and automate our work
- Experience in digital marketing (social media for business ideally)
As Customer Success Advisor at NapoleonCat you will:
- Build relationships with our clients by delivering exceptional onboarding experience and providing great customer support.
- Work proactively to go beyond solving customers’ problems and help them improve their performance
- Lead product demonstrations for our internal prospects and help them achieve success with NapoleonCat during trial period
- Suggest product improvements based on customer feedback
- Proactively cooperate in improving client support and sales processes
