As we expand globally we are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented person to join us on our mission for position: Customer Success Advisor (sales focus)
We’re looking for:
- 2+ years customer success, account management or sales experience, ideally in a SaaS or software company
- Excellent in English – written and spoken
- Business oriented, results and KPI driven person with great written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Empathetic attitude with a desire to help prospects reach their goals, and able to handle objections in a positive manner
- Strong presentation and demo skills
- Able to cooperate in a team environment
- Eager and able to quickly learn new tools and processes – we use a stack of business tools that help us manage and automate our work
- Social media knowledge is plus
As Customer Success Advisor (Sales Focus) at NapoleonCat you will:
- Build relationships with potential clients
- Lead product demonstrations for our internal prospects and help them achieve success with NapoleonCat during the trial period
- Suggest product improvements based on feedback
- Proactively cooperate in improving our sales processes
