Customer Success Advisor (English)
NapoleonCat is a B2B SaaS social media marketing startup with customers on seven continents. We help brands conquer social media. As we expand globally we are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented person to join us on our mission.
We’re looking for:
- excellent English, both written and spoken,
- business oriented, results driven person with great written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills,
- „I’ll do it” and „happy to help” attitude is required,
- able to co-operate in a team enviroment,
- eager and able to quickly learn new tools and processes- we use a large stack of business tools that help us manage and automate our work,
- experience in digital marketing (social media for business) will be a strong asset.
- building relationships with our clients by delivering exceptional onboarding experience and providing great customer support. We work proactively - not only answering our customers' questions but working on their performance improvement as well,
- perform product demonstrations to our internally generated leads and help them achieve success with NapoleonCat during trial period,
- suggest product improvements based on customer feedback,
- proactively cooperate in improving client support and sales processes.
